Distribution Box - IntelliHub
The IntelliVibe Vibration Control System centers around the IntelliHub, which takes in two channels of sensor data, a reference signal, and DC power, and feeds these to the IntelliDrive controller which sends the control signals back through the IntelliHub to twelve actuators, each of which can be on either of the two channels. In addition, the IntelliHub allows for remote monitoring of the system, with information on each actuator, both sensor channels, and both control signals.

IntelliHub Features:
Accelerometers
The IntelliHub has two separate accelerometer inputs. These inputs can be used to sense the slightest vibrations, and can each be monitored on BNC cable outputs.
External Signal and Control
The IntelliHub takes in an external signal of ±2.5V. This signal is fed to the controller, which adds in the bias supply of 2.5V to produce the desired 0 - 5 V range.
TTL Monitoring
The IntelliHub also has the capability to test any actuator to make sure that it is running properly. In test mode the TTL output can be used to display two distinct sine waves to ensure proper functionality.
Channel Variation
The IntelliHub allows for very unique channel configurations. All twelve actuators can take two distinct signals on two different channels, and they can be grouped in any order. For example, actuators 1,2,5,6,7 could see signal one and actuators 3,4,8,9,10,11,12 could see signal two. The switches mounted on the front of the IntelliHub make it easy to switch signals between actuators.
