Intelligent application of smart structures technology enables significant reduction of elastic vibration in precision manufacturing equipment — the IntelliVibe® Vibration Control System actively controls vibration. The system is comprised of three components: actuators made of piezos and electronics in an ultra-small package, a control box, and a distribution box that coordinates the power and data distribution between the other components. All three components are clean room friendly and can be used on even the most advanced manufacturing equipment.

Actuators
The IntelliVibe actuators are composed of a piezoelectric actuator and custom-designed electronics in an ultra-small, electronically shielded package (113mm x 42mm x 14mm), which is easily implemented on a variety of structures using custom-sized removable epoxy sheets.

Control Box
The IntelliDrive control box is simple to use. It comes with commonly used controllers and allows for easy creation of custom controllers.

Distribution Box
The IntelliHub supplies power and signal while facilitating the monitoring and controlling of the system.
