IPTRADE, Inc. and Nikon publish a joint paper at the 11th ICPE International Conference on Precision Engineering. The paper, entitled Active Damping of a Wafer Loading Robot using Piezoceramic Actuators, describes in detail the successful deployment of IPTRADE’s unique IntelliVibe system to actively control vibration in the Nikon wafer loading robot.
